It is with a very heavy heart that I am writing to let you know that we had to let Big Kev (formerly known as Larry) go on Monday evening. In June of 2004 we signed an adoption contract for Larry and we have loved him dearly ever since. In November of 2008 he was diagnosed with a very rare form of lymphatic cancer and was only given 3-6 months to live. Bless his heart, he stuck around for almost two and a half years past that date and we were so glad to have that time with him. He was the most wonderful dog and we were so incredibly lucky to have him. We miss him terribly. I have attached a couple of photos.
We hope to adopt another rescued dog once we've had a chance to grieve our Big Kev.
