I am so sad to tell you that we said goodbye to Muriel last week. She left us peacefully on Thursday evening under the care of an amazingly compassionate vet (Dr. Eric) of Lap of Love. Muriel had kidney disease. She was, as you promised in the beginning, the best dog ever and I so loved having her in my life for the past 6+ years. You probably remember that I work from home. As such, Muriel was my constant companion and we enjoyed many hours in my office and many hours on walks together. I miss her so very much.
Thank you for bringing Muriel into my/our life. I'm a better person for having been "her human."
