Tennis anyone?

Ubiquitous, fluorescent green, fuzzy and squeezable balls. You better stock up on them. This young fellow loves to run down, jump after, grab up and return tennis balls. He will bring it back to you, drop it at your feet and wait anxiously for you to throw it again. And to see his enthusiasm will bring a big smile to your face as you shout encouragement"Get the ball, Berkley!"

Berkley is probably just over two years old. He came out of a home where the person was hoarding dogs. But, he is okay and seems to know that is all in the past. He loves people, loves kids, loves dogs (gets along great with our small 5 year old beagle) and loves life. Big smile on his face, intelligent eyes, alert ears, and his tail curls over but wags with joy.

Very agile and very athletic and fast! His foster parents think he has the skills and talent to be a wonderful agility dog.

He will jump up on a counter (put your toothbrush away), climb a chair, push his way onto your lap and give you kisses. Manners? Ummm, not exactly...but he is a fast learner and just wants to make you happy.

Berkeley would REALLY like a home with another dog, one of similar temperament who enjoys playing chase indoors and out. And a home where someone is there part of the day would be ideal. A fenced in yard for play is very important. Please contact us if you are interested in meeting Berkley and don't forget the tennis balls!
