This fun, easy going and very playful goof has been with HART for a long time. He is loved among the volunteers but has yet to find his perfect match. He loves going hiking, but is also equally as happy to keep you company if you decide to stay in and have a geek night (it has been tested) or just a lazy day.
He is very polite on the leash and will look to you for guidance. He's also very playful with other dog and tends to skip the introduction and go straight into play mode. Some dogs are good with this and some aren't (but hey, people are the same way - we don't like everyone we meet either!) Spankey is really nice when being handled. Bathing, trimming nails and brushing are no problem for this guy. He is crate trained and house broken and if he really needs to go out he will politely let you know by letting out a quiet peep.
He is currently in a foster home and they would be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
