Gizmo was adopted as a kitten and now at 11 years of age, he is finding himself without his beloved owner and without a home. His owner passed away over a year ago and Gizmo spent the next several months alone in the house, with company only when a relative stopped by to feed him. After that, he was taken to a shelter where he was so terrified that no one was able to touch him. The owner's grandaughter came to his rescue, but she cannot keep him and is desperate to find a true home for Gizmo. He is a sweet and healthy and lovely cat who will make a wonderful companion for someone with a quite home.
