Andi & Opie

Opie IS A GIRL, despite her boyish name. She is a sweet, darling, affectionate, fun-loving girl! She came from a rural shelter with her sister Andi and her mother, Momma B., a beagle mix. Opie is 14 pounds at 3 months, so we are guessing she will be a little bigger than her mother, maybe around 40 pounds when grown. She is a very joyful dogs, so happy to meet and see everyone. She does very well with kids and dogs, and when she met some cats she was curious, but respectful. She is doing great with her housebreaking progress, and is crate trained. She learns very quickly and is working on leash walking, house manners, and basic commands. Like all young puppies she will need a family with someone who is home a lot to provide the training, activity and exercise needed to keep her on tract to be a perfect young lady. Opie has an A+ personality-sweet, playful, quiet, and engaging. She is a big fan of chasing balls (but not yet a fan of bringing them back so it would be a stretch to call it fetching!)
