Chica is an incredibly sweet dog who loves to be by her person's side 24/7. She is very affectionate, loves to cuddle, and makes an excellent walking/jogging partner. Chica has wonderful manners and is house broken and crate trained, but only needs to be crated if she'll be alone more than 3-4 hrs. She's medium energy in thouse, but she needs to go for daily long walks to get some energy out. She is a very intelligent dog who learns new tricks quickly and currently knows the "sit", "down", "shake", and "crate" commands. Chica is a very good guard dog, so she tends to be cautious of strangers around and in her house and will need an experienced owner to give her confidence as well as to ensure that all introductions are done properly. She loves to play with other dogs, and would probably make a fine companion for the right dog (medium sized, calm, and submissive types only and preferably males), but she has a prey drive, so no cats or other little critters please! She also does very well with children, but because she is protective of her home, we recommend a home with older children or one with fewer new people coming in and out on a regular basis. Everyone who has ever met Chica absolutely loves this cute little fluff ball, and there is no doubt that she will make some person or family very happy!
