Unanswered Email

Your email is important to us!

Please check your email program and Internet Service Provider’s spam blocker (i.e. junk email) rules for any settings that might prevent the delivery of response emails!

HART staff use their own email accounts to respond to emails, so if your options are set to "Safe Lists Only",  their reply might be blocked. It might have ended up in your Junk Mail folder - please check there! For assistance, please email Charlie or contact the HART office by phone (703-691-HART).

The Subject Line of most of our emails will be similar to: "HART Web - Fido",  "HART Dog Application for Fido" or "HART Cat Application for Felix from John Smith".  Please review any rules you have set up which block email based on the subject line.

We are an almost entirely volunteer run organization, but our volunteers make every effort to respond in a timely manner. If you have not received a response within 3 business days (allow 1 - 2 weeks for volunteer applications), please send an email to Charlie.
