Troy was a stray down in North Carolina and found himself in trouble with "the Law." No fault of his, blame the system. Troy is a loving, friendlt pooch who gets along with most everyone, once he gets to know them. He is a little reserved when he first meets people but gets over that as soon as he finds out you are not going to send him back.
