Betsy Sue came to HART from South Carolina with her puppies, Mickey, Rickey, and Winston. While waiting for transport to VA, she stayed with a very experienced foster who gave her the ultimate compliment: "Out of all the fosters I have had, she is the BESTEST of the best! She talks non-stop when you ask her a question. She's doesn't pay any attention to the other dogs, cats, or the pigs but is 100% concentrated on human socializing. Someone is going to be super lucky to get her."
