Walter came to HART from North Carolina where he was surrendered by his owner, along with his brother, Alan, and his mom, Farrah. Walter is the mostly black one and Alan is the mostly white one. Walter let's his brother have his way a little but will readily mix it up to get some love from the humans around. No, he doesn't fight (neither does Alan) he just pushes right back. Both these pups love their mama and each other.
