Lexi is a sweet, energetic, puppy who loves nothing more than to zoom around or play fetch in the yard during the day and snuggle on the couch with her owners at night. She would also gladly sleep snuggled under the covers with you in bed if allowed. Lexi is highly food motivated, eager to please, and incredibly smart. These characteristics make it very easy to correct if needed and help positively enforce wanted behaviors. She is working on improving her leash manners with her foster family and is getting better. She sleeps through the night and is housebroken, She is on a schedule to go out on leash to potty in her spot in the yard followed by a treat. She is gentle around toddlers.
Lexi gets along with dogs of all ages and sizes. She likes to play with children and she has lots of favorite toys - dropping the stuffed animal of the day in your lap to get some attention, but playing fetch with a ball is her absolute favorite.
Lexi knows sit, stay, no, drop it, and come. She is food motivated so she is working no/stop to jumping up. She can be left inside with run of the house when her foster family leaves, and hasn't destroyed/chewed anything.
Lexi is a cuddler and part time couch potato and likes to get in a lap when you watch tv or read and promptly falls asleep.
