When HART rescued Kathy from a rural shelter, this sweet girl was pretty scared and shut down over being abandoned and feeling uncertain of her fate. Now that she's been rescued and is in a loving foster home, this girl has totally blossomed! She is happy and always smiling, especially when she sees her people. She likes other dogs and cats too! She's house trained and crate trained and tolerates house noises quite well. She's not afraid of a hair dryer or shaking a trash bag, unloading the dishwasher and the typical day to day noises of a household. She loves to be around her people! She loves treats too and even sits nicely before accepting one. Her foster mom says Kathy is very trainable. Kathy is such a nice dog and so deserving of a new life where she will be loved and cared for by her family. Could that be you?
