Hi, my name is Herbie! I am a lively little puppy! I was found and rescued from the side of the road by a kind lady who then passed me on to HART. HART has found me a foster who I've been with since the end of March.

I am a very cute, rambunctious bundle of fun. Power naps are my secret weapon! After my naps I go to the garden to use the bathroom. I love my toys and like to snuggle with my foster Mom when I run out of energy. I'm a typical puppy who needs lots of love and someone to play with. Looking for a forever home.
