Chandler is an adorable puppy. We do not know what he and his brothers are mixed with but since they are small for their age we think they will be medium size dogs or possibly small to medium. Our app (when we place it on Chandler's picture) tells us that he is a mix of Scottie, Austrian Pinscher, Patterdale Terrier. Now that is a cool mix! Of course these apps can be wrong but the app also indicates that Joey is Patterdale Terrier so there might be something to this. Regardless of what these puppies are mixed with, they are very sweet and playful and will bring a lot of joy to someone.
