Event Registration

The registration fee is $35, and includes a HART goodie bag and a sponsorship for the pet of your choice for 3 months. As part of your sponsorship, your name and dedication will be displayed on a special Celebrate 25 with HART page on our website. In addition, if you sponsor a HART pet, your name and dedication will be displayed on that pet's profile page. Each additional $10 will sponsor the pet for an additional month. Don't forget to encourage your friends and family to help HART reach our goal by sponsoring a pet; either their own or a needy HART dog or cat.

I understand that participating in the recreational activities may pose a risk, and I hereby release the organizers and Quattro Goomba's Winery from any liability to me or to others in my party arising out of any accident, injury, or loss or damage of personal property that results from my voluntary participation in any activities at the Celebrate 25 with HART event on Saturday May 16, 2015.
