The "Walk for the Animals" is a major fundraiser for HART with an attendance of over 400 people. As a vendor, you can help make the event a success. The walk is a wonderful way for you to reach out, meet, and get your company known to a very dedicated group of people - animal lovers!

What does it cost?

Being a vendor at the walk is FREE! You will even receive a mention in the walk program. While not required, a tax deductible donation to HART would be greatly appreciated.

What do I have to do?

First, complete a vendor registration form no later than September 20th. Next, show up at the Bull Run Regional Park Special Events Center on Sunday, October 2nd after 8 am with your tables, chairs, canopies, signage, and products. Finally, be set up by 11 am and open for business!

How to register

The easiest way to register is by completing an online registration. Don't want to register online? No problem, just download and complete a vendor registration PDF, and then mail it to the address listed on the form.

How else can I support the walk?

You can be a Sponsor. Depending on the amount of your sponsorship donation, you can receive an ad in the walk program, your business name on the "Walk for the Animals" t-shirt, and more.
