Alan came to HART from North Carolina where he was surrendered by his owner, along with his brother, Walter, and his mom, Farrah. Alan is an active, engaging puppy. He is a very happy fellow who loves his mother and his brother but is always happy when a human is near to pet him and give him some hugs and kisses.
