Junie B was found by a wonderful HART adopter, skinny, scared and fending for herself. He started feeding her, gained her trust, caught her and turned her over to HART. We were elated to learn that she was microchipped! Surely, her family was out there looking for her! Sadly, that was not the case. After multiple calls and emails went unanswered, it was clear that Junie B had been abandoned.
Junie is a LOVELY girl. She will almost turn herself inside out to get your love and affection. She loves people of all shapes and sizes, but can get pretty excited when receiving attention, so children 6 and up would probably be the best fit. Junie is very intimidated in new settings, so she requires a family who will look past the initial scaredy cat and give her time to come out of her shell. She is a very, very special girl who deserves the love only a forever family can give.
