Hubcap is a wonderful 3 legged boy who LOVES other dogs and cats and people of all sizes! Before coming to HART, he was in a foster home with several other dogs and cats and was great with everyone. His foster parents adored him! They say he is super sweet and is just perfect. He is house trained and crate trained.
