Spunky Punky is 6 months old and full of energy! You'd never know she came from a horrific neglect situation in West Virginia, where she was living in garbage and covered with fleas. She was very ill with a cold, hence the name 'Punky,' but with tender loving care from the shelter workers she soon got better. She became part of a transport from WV to Loudoun, and it seems she liked the change of scenery! She's all about our LoCo hospitality. She's put on weight, she's bright and clean and...well...Spunky! She loves to play and she's very affectionate. She'd be a great addition to any family- her easygoing attitude makes her an ideal companion kitty.
