Rascal was surrendered to a shelter in SC with his puppies, Lucy and Shadow. He is shy but warms up quickly. He loves to be in your lap! He gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home. Since he is shy, he would do best with another confident dog in the home. His previous owner reported that he is good with cats and kids. He is trained to use potty pads and is getting used to going outside on a leash.
