Cullen is super friendly and loves to play! He is a young, energetic pup who needs lots of exercise and playtime. His temporary SC foster says, "He is super lovey! He's a big lap dog who wants lots of attention and is extremely playful. He never seems to get tired!" Cullen is very social and loves making new friends. He is crate trained and is doing well with house training.
