This strikingly handsome boy came to us very thin and somewhat shy, but from the moment we met him, we could see how much love he has to give and we felt an instant connection to him. As the saying goes, he had us at "woof"! Pete has gained some weight but still needs to gain some more.
Pete is intelligent and sweet, strong and focused. He is ready to go to his new home in order to have adventures, love, exercise, and a warm place to sleep for the rest of his life. Pete would love a home where he gets a fair amount of exercise (walking, hiking, playing in a fenced yard) and training, and inclusion as part of his pack.
Everyone who meets him first remarks on his unusual color... typical GS markings but with a reddish hue. Then his polite demeanor and his interest in the world around him wins you over. If you are interested in meeting Pete, please let us know.
