Bonnie is a precious girl who is on the timid side and needs a quiet home with a patient family. She has made remarkable strides in her foster home from the little scared/shut down girl that showed up on day one.

With a little TLC in her foster home she has blossomed into a happy, feisty little lady that loves playing with dog toys, getting belly rubs, and giving kisses. She has learned that the world is a place to explore and enjoy and people can be loved and trusted. She runs to the door with excitement for walks and loves exploring the outdoors provided there aren't too many loud scary noises outside.

She does well with the cat in her foster home although she was a little disappointed the cat didn't want to play once she started to open up, but she has accepted that the cat is just no fun. She also decided that the resident dog wasn't as scary as she initially thought and decided they could be great friends. She does great in her crate while her foster mom is at work and is almost completely housebroken.

She greets her favorite people with love and enthusiasm but strangers are still pretty scary and she tends to back away but has never shown aggression and isn't much of a barker. It will take her a little while to feel safe and come out of her shell in a new place but she is worth the wait.
