Kringle is a gentle giant, good natured, very friendly. This is what his foster mom says about him: Kringle has a wonderful sweet-natured temperament. He can be a force of nature & a little unaware of his size, but I've now gotten to a point where I'm not concerned about him accidentally knocking over my 16 month old still learning to walk. But if you have small children and are worried about this, he is not the dog for you. For our family we're all coexisting great-2 small kids, 2 dogs, and a cat. He is great with my other dog and likes to play. If a dog wanted to play all the time with him, it might be more than he would want. He really needs a fenced yard to run around and get out the occasional zoomies he has. He would be okay without another dog, but we think he would do better with a loving dog that likes to play sometimes. He is going to need training on the leash as he pulls a lot and given his size he is very hard to walk (another reason he needs a fenced yard). He does not love the crate but will reluctantly go in at night and he will be quiet during the night. However, if you are home and put him in the crate during the day he will cry as he knows you are home. In short Kringle is an absolute gentle giant with a heart of gold and a brain that's more Rose Nylund than Dorothy Zbornak. He's sweet, happy go lucky, and the 85 pound puppy you always wanted. His body pillow game is on point & he'd love nothing more than to zoom in the yard all day & snuggle all night.
