Bear is a big boy but fairly calm for 3 y.o. His shepherd definitely shows in his sloping hips and longer nose. He was turned into a rural shelter by a family that could no longer keep him and then made his way to us. He was reportedly good with other dogs, kids, and cats. At his foster's house and on walks around town he has been very good with most dogs. Just like people, who he gets along with in close quarters will depend on the specific dog. He's an excellent couch companion for watching TV, a favorite activity of his. He is also a fan of balls and will play fetch. He knows sit and paw. He is a new arrival and seems to be house trained, and is definitely comfortable inside a home.
