Marlo is a lovable, waggy, galumphing lug who is always looking for fun! A gentle giant and a real sweetie, he has a big heart, is very cuddly and loves people and other dogs. He loves playing, either by himself with toys or with another dog. (Watch the videos!) His fosters don't know if he is good with children, but we think he would make a great dog for the right family. He loves being with his people, is very smart and curious, and always wants to know what you are doing. He is well-behaved, quiet, crate-trained and housebroken, responds to commands, and is learning sit, stay, wait, off and come. He is pretty good on a leash though he will pull if he gets excited. When Marlo was found, he was with a very small female beagle, and we think he was watching over her and letting her eat the food they found (the beagle was normal weight when they went to the shelter but Marlo was very thin and only about 25 pounds).
