An event like this requires a lot of volunteers, and we need help in the following areas:

  • Art Models
    Guys and gals needed to showcase the art being auctioned off. Dress up and show off that great smile! Perfect for any school age kids needing service hours. Need to be there by 6:45PM and will probably need to stay till around 10:30-10:45PM. Need about 10 models.
  • Auction Assistants
    Record winning bidder numbers for each piece. Would like 2 or 3 for this. Need you there for the duration of the auction.
  • Set Up
    Help us make the event look beautiful! Assist in putting the final touches of decor and style down as well as setting up the raffle items in the lobby. The morning will most likely start around 9:30AM and go until everything is perfect. About 5 extra hands would be nice.
  • Art Unloaders
    Looking for some strong folks to help us unload the truck carrying all the art pieces. Need about 6 able-bodied persons to carry the art off the truck and bring inside the ballroom and set up on the tables. Need to be ready to be there about 2:30PM and will most likely finish up by 6PM or earlier.
  • Greeters & Information Peoples
    Smile and thank our supporters as they enter the clubhouse. Point them to registration, the ballroom, the restroom, or answer basic questions for the evening. Also assist event leads in minor tasks during the evening to make things run even smoother. 4 people for this would be ideal.
  • Check-In and Registration
    Greet our supporters! Thank them for attending and get them all registered for the auction (assigning bidding numbers and handing out materials). Collect payment for those that pay at the door and sign in those that prepaid online. Sell additional raffle tickets. 5 people for this would be great.
  • Raffle Ticket Sellers
    Walk around getting to know fellow animal loving friends and sell them some raffle tickets! Pretty easy, minimal math involved. Guaranteed raffle donations already include an iPad and a free round of golf for four at the Club. 3-5 of these would be wonderful.
  • Art Check Out
    Thank our wonderful supporters for coming to the event and helping us fight animal homelessness. Tender payment in the forms of cash, check, or credit. Calculators will be provided! These folks will need to stay later in the evening as the auction concludes. This is best with about 3 - 4 people
  • Break Down
    Help us break down the event and get home as soon as we can. The more the merrier!
