Buddy is a 'clumsy athlete', he'll toss his toys in the air and catch them, pass you like you are standing still, make amazing leaps, BUT he'll also face plant down a grassy slope, miss judge a step, or fail to negotiate a turn. He does not seem to mind however. He's playful and engaging and gets along great with his foster brothers. Buddy is house trained, walks well on a leash, and does well in a crate but has had free run of the house in his foster home at night and for up to 2 hours during the day. He is on the active side and an early riser but he'll self-entertain if you'd like to go back to bed and sleep after his breakfast and a quick run outside. His tail is docked and we think there may be some German shorthaired pointer in there as his legs are speckled and he's got a thinner build than most labs. It is also our understanding he was turned into the shelter when his owner passed.
