Murray was rescued from an older couple who did not have the capacity to take care of Murray and the many puppies he sired. HART received a plea for assistance and, as a result, Murray is now a proud member of the HART family. Murray is actually slightly smaller than his offspring and has the youthful mannerisms of a puppy. Truly adorable!


Murray has lived with many dogs and has been around young and older children alike but does not care for cats. His previous family reports that he is very affectionate and likes to cuddle. That said, as expected with this transition, Murray is a bit scared yet, as evidenced by the photos, Murray is receptive to being held which seems to have a calming effect.


In sum, Murray simply needs time to adjust and we are hopeful that Murray can spend this period of adjustment in a foster home, rather than the kennel, thereby providing Murray the love and stability he so richly deserves.
