This sweet boy was very scared when he first arrived at a shelter in South Carolina, but he has really blossomed and is super friendly and sweet and loves giving kisses! His SC foster said he loves being near her and will follow her from room to room. She also said he "has the cutest head tilt! I don't think he's been talked to very much and he will look puzzled and tilt his head while trying to figure out what you are saying!" He has a wonderful personality and is just a very kind dog.
