Summer is a sweet, affectionate girl who had a rough start in life. She arrived at a shelter in South Carolina with an embedded collar, but she hasn't let that keep her from giving her trust and love to people. Some of the words her temporary SC foster used to describe her are cheerful, caring, agreeable, humble, and submissive.
She loves people and her whole body wags when she greets people she knows! She is also excited to meet new people. She plays well with other dogs and even shares toys nicely. She loves her foster brother and sister and likes stay close to them, and even likes to groom their fur.
Summer was a wonderful house guest in her SC foster home. While she loves to play, she also knows when it's time to calm down and settles easily.
