Ferdinand is a sweet, friendly boy who came from South Carolina with his sister Harriet and these two are incredibly sweet! They do not have to be adopted together, but they are absolutely wonderful together and the two of them are so easy, it's almost like having one dog! They really enjoy each other's company and can be fed right next to each other. They Their kennel mom, who has taken care of hundreds of HART dogs, says Harriet and Ferdinand are "just about the most delightful dogs I have met!"
Ferdinand's temporary SC foster said "he is so sweet, social, smart, and very trainable." He's an all-around wonderful boy and is ready to be someone's best friend.
Ferdinand is great at taking social cues from people and dogs and wants to please. He enjoys making new friends and is great with other dogs. His favorite place to be is next to his person, but he's not clingy, just wants to stay close. Ferdinand loves walks and loves taking naps on his back! He is also house trained and crate trained.
