Joie de Vivre is the best way to describe Tito's outlook. He loves life and wants some one(s) to share his joy with. Tito is not shy, he loves everyone and everything. His temporary SC foster says "he loves people and wil come up to you wagging his tail. He tends to do little twirls when he first meets someone or is excited, but calms down fairly quickly. He is a calm, gentle dog and has not met a person he doesn't like."
Tito is well-mannered in the house, is not a big barker, and is house trained and crate trained. He is usually content laying on the floor or on your lap, but also love long walks, car rides, playing, and water. He enjoys swimming in the shallow end of the pool or being pushed around on a float. He is also a quick learner and is learning to retrieve and sit.
You can tell how good looking he is underneath his not-so-fancy haircut. Come and meet him, but be careful, he'll surely capture your heart as he did mine.
