Erica - Adopted on 7/6/2013

Hi, my name is Erica! When I came to HART I was a shy dog and although I still can be when you first met me, I have more confidence now and will warm up to you quickly. I am housebroken, do well in a crate or having free roam of the house and I get along well with other dogs. I am a medium to high energy but I settle down in the house and will curl up with you. I love my toys and will play fetch in the dog park! I am good on my leash. I was bred to hunt squirrels, so I tend to get a bit excited when I see one run across the street. I just want to chase and play with them. But I am small so I don't really pull that hard and once I know I can't get it, I continue on the walk. Since I do have the excitement of the terrier bred in me, we recommend that if you have children they be 12 or older.
