Handsome and long legged, he is one good looking dog complete with white tips on his toes! He is a mix of gentle and loving, he loves to lean in for a good skritching, but he is also energetic with little sense of personal space (i.e. he is a bit of a klutz). Most of the day he is content to sit quietly on his dog bed with a toy or lay by your feet maybe nudging you for an occasional head or belly rub. But when it comes to food, play, or walk time his energy level spikes and he becomes a bit of a clumsy goof ball. He'll knock you right off your feet if you are not careful during a fly by that ends up a bit too close or if he loses it on a tight turn (did I mention he is a bit of a klutz). Because he likes to play rough we would not suggest him for families with younger children. He is crate trained, knows the basics, sit, paw, stay, and sleeps though the night without a peep. He is a bit of an early riser. He is not quite (although definitely getting there) ready to be left alone unattended for an 8-9 hour day. He does well in a play group or doggie day care setting and would be okay with other tolerant dogs in the household.
