The first 100 registrants will receive a HART goodie bag. After you register, your pledge sheet will be sent to you via email. As part of your sponsorship, your name and dedication will be displayed on a special Celebrate 25 with HART page on our website. In addition, if you sponsor a HART pet, your name and dedication will be displayed on that pet's profile page. Each additional $10 will sponsor the pet for an additional month.

How to register

The easiest way to register is by completing an online registration. After you register, you will receive an email containing your pledge sheet.

Encourage your friends and family to help HART reach our goal by sponsoring a pet; either their own or a needy HART dog or cat. Each $10 donation will sponsor a pet for one month.
