Girl Scouts learn about HART!

Dawn Costa and Jane Corcoran had the opportunity to speak with Girl Scout Troop #357 Alexandria, VA , Thursday March 5th. With almost 20 girls in attendance, Ms. Dawn and Ms. Jane had a wonderful and enlightening discussion with the girls, who had a million very good questions about animal rescue. After the discussion, the girls crafted great photo sheets of some of the dogs that are on our HART web site. Thank you to leader Danielle Thomas Pollard for inviting HART to speak to the girls.

We at HART find it very important to be able to help in the education of young people about animal rescue and animal treatment. We welcome the opportunity to come and talk at Scout meetings and other youth functions. For more information, please contact Dawn or Jane.
