Teddy was surrendered by his owner to a shelter in South Carolina along with 5 other dogs. They were not socialized and we think they lived outside. Teddy is looking for a home with a secure fenced yard and another dog who is confident.
Shy and unsure at first, Teddy wants to get to know you and reassure himself that he is safe. Once that page is turned, Teddy's colorful personality comes out flying like fireworks. He is silly, funny, charming, and goofy. He buzzes around looking like a little creature, with a cute blond mohawk to accentuate the brown coat. He is a furball of cuteness and vulnerability, all packaged in one.
Teddy needs a home where he will be able to close a chapter of worry and embrace a new life full of love and acceptance.
