Leesa is new to HART but she is already impressing her foster family. Here is what the foster mom wrote: "Leesa is lovey to have around...she's been great with my three girls (ages 11. 9. and 7). They can be loud and goofy and she mostly ignores that. She has gotten her nose into a toy bin or two but we can easily take away from her what she snagged. She pulls a little on the leash but will do wonderfully with some training. We don't have any dogs but on walks Leesa looks curiously at other dogs when out for a walk but doesn't bark at all at them. I took her to a neighbor's fenced yard for a playdate this morning and she had a blast. Running around, sniffing, she's just a happy dog! She is housebroken, easy to get into the harness, sits patiently, sometimes sits when you tell her too. We only put her in the crate at night (we aren't going out really anywhere, so she hasn't been home alone). She barked maybe 4 times and then settled down to sleep for the night. " Leesa would love to have another playful dog to play and pal around with and a fenced in yard to run around in.
