This spunky, social, adorable fellow came from parts unknown, but he's doing just fine in his new foster home! He is crate-trained, gets along well with the neighborhood dogs and kids, and was the life of the party at a recent neighborhood barbeque! Freckles is blind in one eye, but he doesn't seem to mind it. He's a happy-go-lucky dude!
