Calling all beagle lovers (and if you have had a beagle you likely are a lover of this breed!). Meet Philo - he is adorable and sweet and pretty darn perfect! His foster mom tells us that he is housetrained and very smart. Philo and her dog play until they are both exhausted. He also loves to go for walks, and enjoys people-watching, too! Here is what his foster mom also told us: "Philo is a sweet dog and loves laying his head on my lap when taking a nap and loves getting belly rubs and getting the back of his ears scratched.
