Boomer is a younger guy who had injuries to both hip joints. Boomer has undergone surgeries to correct this problem. He is now walking well and ready to come out to adoption events and meet everyone. He has the sweetest disposition and loves all people he meets. Due to the surgeries, Boomer has the cutest little swagger in his walk, but that makes him that much more adorable!
