What a sweet dog who survived living with multiple dogs in a very small home - Jericho is one of several dogs HART took in from a Hoarding case. He is a sweetheart and was probably once well taken care of until his caretaker became overburdened with too many dogs. He is a mixed breed - his markings look like a spaniel, but he is more slight/petite like a papillon. He has a very soft coat. Jericho is very loving and will follow you everywhere you go.
