Every effort is made to bring our dogs to the listed event each week, but due to volunteer or foster commitments Bangles may not be at every event. To find out if Bangles will be at this event, contact Tracey.

Part 1-Home
Bangles was adopted at 3 months as a trusting puppy. Later, she was injured by another dog and became fearful of strangers. Her family sought help but her anxiety was not conducive to living with an active family and Bangles was returned to HART in March 2020.
Part 2-Homeless
While at the kennel for 2-1/2 years, Bangles' days were filled with confinement and hopelessness. There were occasions when a volunteer would spend time with her and Bangles was delightful. She enjoys taking long walks, chasing a ball, and splashing in the water.
Part 3-Hope
Bangles is now in a foster home and her foster parents are absolutely smitten.
For starters, Bangles has impeccable house manners - she is housebroken, not destructive, shows no sign of food or toy aggression, and rarely barks. She spends most of her time resting on her dog bed and rolling on her back to request a tummy rub. She is so grateful to be in a home.
Due to the trauma she experienced as a puppy, Bangles continues to be wary of strangers but, with proper introductions, readily transforms into an endearing dog. While this requires a bit of patience, it is well worth the joy that Bangles has to offer.
Part 4-Happily Ever After
Hopefully, after reading Bangles' journey you would like to get more information and/or meet this sweet girl. Please submit an inquiry or an application and her foster family will be happy to chat.
