Koby is a little firecracker with a happy, playful personality. He and a small dog were surrendered to a shelter in NC together, and the small dog quickly found rescue with another group. HART could not leave Koby behind.
Koby loves to run around outside and play with toys but he is also a lovebug and a cuddler. He is also house trained and crate trained. He's just a fantastic dog with a lot of heart!
