Cassandra is just the sweetest! She is a laid back and calm girl who loves to snuggle and give kisses. She loves being with her humans more than anything, whether it's snuggling on the couch or going for a walk. She loves affection and being petted and will wag her tail and look at you with puppy dog eyes until you pet her.
Cassandra can be shy with new people, but once she realizes they aren't scary, she is happy to have a new friend! She is very polite and doesn't jump. She is well-behaved in the house and doesn't chew on things. She is house trained and crate trained, though she does great with free roam when left alone.
Cassandra was in a temporary foster home in SC before coming to HART, and this is what her foster said about her:
"Cassandra is one of my all-time favorite fosters. She is so laid back and just an overall good dog. She was terrified when I first got her from the shelter. She was scared of the world and unsure of herself. It has been amazing to see her personality come out and watch her blossom in to a fun-loving and confident dog! She has made a total transformation. I know Cassandra will quickly become someone's best friend. Please don't pass her by just because she may be shy at first! She is an absolute sweetheart and I have enjoyed fostering her so much. I can't say enough good things about her!"
