King is quite a character. He is a little slow to warm up to his people but once he does, you are his forever. He will follow you anywhere. He appears aloof, not seeking out attention but readily accepts belly rubs and leans in for neck scratches. Sometimes when he sees you coming, he'll prance around excitedly and give a little bark. But most of the time, he is as calm as can be. He is good in the crate and is house trained. He is well behaved in his foster home and walks nicely on a leash (except for the occasional squirrel or rabbit).
King is really good with other dogs. He seeks them out and is more likely to approach a stranger if they have a dog. He is not ruffled when other dogs bark at him, he just calmly studies them and usually tries to walk toward them to make friends.
