Copper is a sweet, gentle soul who was found as a stray in SC. He is very affectionate and lovingly greets those he meets, people and other dogs alike. The person who found him could not keep him, but said he was great with her dogs and cats.
He is house trained and crate trained and will even quietly wait in his crate while you eat dinner. He responds well to treats/reward training and learns quickly.
He loves walks but he does need to learn to walk on a leash without pulling - he is a beagle and really loves all the scents! He makes a really cute snuffling noise once he catches a scent. He loves car rides and will happily ride in the back seat.
Copper also loves his chew toys and carrying them around. He is a great snuggler and would love to sleep in bed with his person.
